Please allow 7–10 business days for production and processing, as each item is carefully prepared exclusively for you. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your destination.
As soon as your shipment is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package every step of the journey in real time. All estimated shipping times stated above are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons and festivals. Also note that customs in some countries do take a longer time to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.
